Carl has been a wonderful addition to our community since he came on board in spring of 2024. He has over 16 years of hands on electrical, plumbing, and pipefitting experience and enjoys coming to work every day, knowing he will encounter something new and different. Carl enjoys helping the residents in their apartments with any needs that arise.

When Carl is not working, you will find him four-wheeling, watching football, or spending time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys a change of scenery and getting away on family vacations.
