Erica started with Spero Gardens at the beginning of 2025 and is a Registered Medical Assistant with over 10 years of experience caring for others. A great addition to the Spero team, she is passionate about providing excellent care, companionship and support to meet and exceed our residents’ needs. Erica believes the commitment of clear family communications, is key in a complete care model.
