Kathleen has been in nursing for 26 years and has enjoyed work in various settings such as hospitals, rehab centers, clinics, home health, hospice, and long-term care, with assisted living as her favorite. Kathleen has been a Director of Nursing for four assisted living communities. Helping families and residents transition to assisted living is something Kathleen has years of experience in, and she has seen firsthand the incredible support available to help maintain independence during this transition.

Kathleen handles day-to-day nursing operations and supports the residents, their families, and the Spero Gardens Care Team. Her goal is to make this the best place to live and work.

Kathleen has a passion for helping others and looks out for you like her own family member or close friend, treating each resident as an individual—with respect and dignity. As the Clinical Director, she leads the Nursing Department by example, providing mentorship, coaching, and team development.
