Natalie Schroeder started with Spero Gardens Senior Living in May of 2023 and brought 5+ years of office management experience with her, including three years at a local CBRF, assisted living facility. Empathy and compassion are what she strives for in her work at Spero Gardens Assisted Living, and she loves to help all those in need. Natalie considers herself a blessed wife and mama for her two kiddos, with prayers for more in the future.

In her spare time, she loves thrifting, reading, and refinishing furniture. She cherishes the following Bible verse: “Let all that you do be done in love.” 1 Corinthians 16:14
